Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a fee of 20$ of the service cost.
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in 50% of the service cost being charged and may require a deposit for future bookings.
If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client.
Some appointments may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.
